None. On XX/XX/XXXX I initiated the process of transferring my assets held at Truist Bank XXXX XXXX. The requested documentation was submitted to Truist on XX/XX/XXXX. Since then. it has taken numerous phone calls, emails, form submissions, etc to get the bank to slowly transfer some of these assets. However, Truist keeps raising new issues, new concerns, and new ways to drag their feet and delay the transfer of funds. On XX/XX/XXXX I was finally told they had no more concerns and were moving the account to closing. When nothing happened I followed up on XX/XX/XXXX and was told that I would have the funds in my account by the end of the month. This did not happen. Subsequent inquiries were sent on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I received a reply on XX/XX/XXXX informing me my assets would be a
