Problem using a debit or ATM card. My name is XXXX XXXX please add this to my XXXX case number XXXX complaint every time I called in to get a update on my XXXX dispute XXXX for XXXX and other dispute for claim XXXX dispute XXXX is XXXX and when I called customer support at XXXX to get a update on both claims they cant help me when because my account is closed for my saving and checking account and their is a restriction on it yall put on my account for no reason and then closed my accounts out for no reason at XXXX when I have resolved it in the branch by giving yall all the information and documents yall needed for XXXX dispute XXXX XXXX I need a update on it was it reopen and investigation or not if not I need it to be reopen and investigation again and for the other dispute claim number
