Fees charged. In complaint XXXX, Shellpoint ( also known as Newrez ) conceded it had erroneously charged me a late fee and said it " waived '' a fee of {$44.00}, but it hasn't. No fees have been waived or refunded. According to my upcoming statement, XX/XX/year>, it lists {$88.00} in fees that I paid to date. These cascading fees are the result of Shellpoint 's error with my escrow and are what need to be refunded. I do not yet see any indication of a balance adjustment on my account.
