Escrow, taxes, or insurance. XX/XX/2024 escrow shortage of {$680.00}, increased monthly payment. This has never happened before in the 12 years I have owned my home. This happens many times with my new lender, Mr Cooper. XX/XX/2024 Escrow shortage again almost {$600.00}, increased payment, never sent a notice or email but they responded that they did. This is happening to many people with this particular lender.
