Vehicle loan or lease — BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (TN)

Credit denial. I am reporting Bank of America for using false, misinformation, inaccurate information, obscene and abusive language which violates the Plain Writing Act to deny me an auto loan. This makes the second loan that Ive been denied by Bank of America and the XXXX denial resulted in a current lawsuit filed in federal court against Bank of America and XXXX. Employees at Bank of America buys the reports from experience and are trading and well as selling consumer reports without compensating investors. If a bank employee duty consist of borrowing then how am I being denied when its impossible?
