Sued you without properly notifying you of lawsuit. This collection agency Duke Capital said they are representing penfed. I never received any information that my account went to collection but I got a visit from the deputy sheriff saying I was being summoned to appear in court and I never heard of Duke Capital nor did I receive any phone calls or letters prior to that happening. I asked for validation of this account and the other items that I requested for validation and all they sent me was a payment history the 2 times I requested the other information XXXX XXXX XXXX tax form etc.
