Despite this, it is still being reported incorrectly on my credit report as unpaid or with an outstanding balance. I have reached out to the creditor and the credit reporting agencies to resolve this, but the issue remains unresolved. I am requesting your assistance to have this account removed from my credit report or updated accurately to reflect its paid status.
