None. I payed back a advance of XXXX that was dented from my account. I tried to get another cash advance but it stated that I did not pay back the previous advance. I contact Empower through email but they said that it was a glitch in the system and that I still owe them XXXX dollars. I screen shoot my account showing them that the money was drafted from my account. But they keep emailing me back that I missed my pay back and that I still owe them XXXX dollars.
