Deposits and withdrawals. Juno has had all accounts frozen since XXXX and has been unable to provide account balances to customers. All funds were held with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX under FDIC. Juno is pointing at XXXX to receive funds, XXXX is refusing to return money to customers. The whole sitatuion is impossible for customers. They both point to reconciliationbyXXXX for information and appeals process. That process and communication by phone results in no progress towards recieving funds. Juno and XXXX have provided no documentation or explanation for why they can't send a check for the remaining balance on file for accounts and/or go through FDIC if they do not have available funds for payout. This is an unacceptable situation where FDIC backed funds are not being returned to customers
