Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. Last year in XXXX, I had a business credit card with Chase bank, that accumulated over {>= $1,000,000} points which was the equivalent to {$21000.00} in rewards. The bank confiscated all XXXX points and closed the account. After initiating an investigation Chase reinstated my XXXX XXXX points and returned the {$21000.00} that was confiscated. Without any notice, and no outstanding debt owed to Chase ( the account was current and had a {$0.00} balance ) Chase reported a 60 day late payment to all credit bureau 's, which has severely impacted my credit. This is inaccurate reporting as there was never a late payment, no notices sent about any said late payment and they card was less than 6 months old and cl
