Trying to communicate with the company to fix an issue while managing or servicing your loan. Loan ID XXXX Amt paid : {$4500.00} Acct name : XXXX XXXX XXXX address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA I called on XX/XX/year> to LoanCare and spoke with someone named XXXX who took the payment from me toward my mothers account. At the end of the call, I asked her to confirm my checking account information would not be put on this account and she said it was on the account and whenever someone made a payment, they would replace my info with theirs. She was aware before getting my information that it was not my account and my information was not previously stored. At no point did she tell me my private personal information would be stored on this account or I would not have given it to her. I want it remo
