Information belongs to someone else. I have recently reviewed my credit report and have noticed an inaccurate account from XXXX XXXX XXXX. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I am entitled to dispute information I believe to be erroneous and fraudulent. There is no legal, binding contract with this company in which I have acquired goods or services. For clarity, I have not given my consent and have not provided my signature allowing my information to bought, sold or shared. Therefore, this company has no legal right to this account and my personal information.
