Problem with your payment plan. Every time I try to make a payment, it says payment reversal. I dont know why, but when I do make a payment and I get that payment reversal, it brings my loans to say that Ive missed a payment and then that brings my interest up. I dont understand why they keep reversing my payments And boosting my interest when Im making payments on time with a little more than what the payment is asking.
