Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — Kriya Capital, LLC (CA)

Information belongs to someone else. My aunt XXXX XXXX XXXX is a known XXXX with a lengthy criminal history, mostly in XXXX and XXXX. She has stolen various things, including identities from her own family and just about anyone else she encounters. My credit score got dinged from the XXXX to XXXX because of this fraudulent account. I had not received any billing prior to this hitting my collections on my report but XXXX was able to provide a better contact number which I called and discovered she used my information but her own email address as the contact email. This is another one of her many fraudulent accounts and does not belong to me.
