I recently went on a vacation for my birthday to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, FL. This reservation was made using points from a contract my husband and I agreed to last year in Virginia. Upon arriving to the resort, my husband and I were invited to a presentation to which we agreed to attend. After attending we were presented with an upgrade/amendment. We were not told this was a new contract. We were not told this would require payment of additional maintenance fees on a monthly basis.
