Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — TRANSUNION INTERMEDIATE HOLDINGS, INC. (TX)

Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I have been working with Transunion for over four months and they have yet to fix my issues. I have two accounts on my credit report that do not belong to me. There is a credit acceptance account that was a repo that shows a balance due of around XXXX dollars. This account was never mine. It's my understand that my social security number was used to obtain this account, however, when I contacted credit acceptance directly, they couldn't assist me as I was unable to provide any information other than my social security number to verify the account.
