Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. I am writing to follow up on my previous complaints regarding inaccuracies on my credit files with Experian, XXXX, and XXXX. Despite submitting supporting documentation, I am encountering ongoing difficulties with these agencies, which are prolonging the dispute process and putting me at risk of identity theft. As outlined in my original complaint, each of these agencies has requested that I send my personal information, including my ID and Social Security number, by mail. This request is both unnecessary and concerning, particularly given that each agency is aware that I have an identity theft alert on my credit files.
