Checking or savings account — JPMORGAN CHASE & CO. (TX)

Problem making or receiving payments. We received a call from a number that said it was chase. The man on the line told us that our account had been hacked but chase would help us. The person turned out to be a scammer and took over {$4000.00} from our account using XXXX. When we called chase trying to get our money back they told us no. The reason was the money was taken using zelle. Chase bank specifically told us that yes we were victims of fraud but it was not their problem. We spend days going to the branches and also on the phone only to be told that they dont run XXXX XXXX We ended up closing our account due to the lack of trust we had for the bank.
