Checking or savings account — CAPITAL ONE FINANCIAL CORPORATION (MD)

Banking errors. I bank with Capital One. Have been a customer for a very long time. I discovered last year that the savings account now had a higher interest rate but I was not told of it. So my funds were getting a very low interest rate for a number of years. I lost out on a lot if money by the bank keeping quiet anout that interest change.
