Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I am filing this complaint because Experian has engaged in practices that violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Specifically, I have encountered the following issues with Experian : Improper investigation of disputes I submitted regarding inaccurate or unverifiable information on my credit report. Marking items as verified without providing proper evidence of verification. Despite my efforts to resolve these issues directly with Experian, they have failed to properly address my concerns. Their actions have caused harm to my credit profile and negatively impacted my financial well-being. I filed a dispute on XX/XX/year> regarding collections on my account. Experian failed to investigate properly and marked the items as ver
