Reporting company used your report improperly. I am a victim of identity theft, and have been listed in XXXX separate data breach incidents. Namely XXXX and XXXX XXXX. As a result, I was notified by IRS that someone filed taxes using my name and social security number. I filed a FTC report and IRS identity theft affidavit form XXXX. I feel that my previously disputed accounts were not investigated or any inaccurate information removed as result of identity theft.
