Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (CA)

Information belongs to someone else. Hello, I've had issues in the past with Equifax reporting for some reason my score keeps jumping and dropping the same amount of points ( XXXX ) in the last couple of days. Previously, this had happened and resolved in XX/XX/year>. Can you please look to see what is going on with my file, I recently legally changed my last name not sure if that has anything to do with it. My utilization hasn't increased dramatically and my score keeps teetering.
