Reporting company used your report improperly. Collection account is TOO OLD to be reporting on my credit report. The last payment with the ORIGINAL creditor was sometime in XXXX, meaning account should have been removed in the year XXXX ( 7 years ). Attempted disputing account as it says the removal date is XX/XX/XXXX, but debt just comes back as verified. I am requesting PROOF showing my last payment/communication with the original creditor and how the XX/XX/XXXX removal date is being verified as such. If documentation can not be produced showing my last payment/communication with the ORIGINAL creditor was in XXXX ; collection needs to be removed immediately. It should have been gone in XXXX. I HAVE REQUESTED THIS INFORMATION TO BE FURNISHED TIME AND TIME AGAIN, NEXT STEP IS LEGAL AC
