Problem during payment process. I have a Menards Capital One Store Credit Card and I have two promotional plans at 0 %. One promotional plan 0 % with a balance {$670.00} and has no expiration date and the other 0 % with a balance of {$480.00} that expires on XX/XX/year>. I contacted them several times, spoken with a supervisor and they said that they are unable to allocate payments. I contacted a Menards store at the suggestion of the Capital One agent as she advised that Menards makes the determination of how payments get applied. I contacted Menards and they said they can not allocate payments at the store. Per there statement, page 2, " How do you Apply My Payment? We generally apply payments up to your Minimum Payment first to the balance with the lowest APR ( including 0 % APR )
