Credit card — UPGRADE, INC. (DC)

Application denied. Between XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, my identity was compromised and used to submit multiple fraudulent applications for credit cards and loans. After discovering this, I reviewed my credit reports from all three credit bureaus and contacted companies that had made hard inquiries during this time frame. Upgrade was one of the companies involved. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called and spoke with a representative at Upgrade to report that the application was fraudulent and requested that it be voided.
