Had XXXX lease with XXXX financial for XXXX months, hade to extend lease another XXXX months and paid even though the XXXX cars were not working properly because of a safety recall that they had not fixed for, I also couldnt drive the cars because the insurance company canceled me because of the safety recall. All this time from the beginning of lease the XXXX accounts were on AUTO PAY. They further put XXXX late payments on the XXXX accounts and ruin my credit. I have been calling them about the problems and they do nothing but hang the phone up on me.
