Overdrafts and overdraft fees. I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding multiple overdraft fees applied to my account. These fees were assessed despite having sufficient funds available at the time the transactions were authorized. However, due to delayed posting of charges and credits, I was unfairly charged overdraft fees. This issue appears consistent with recent findings by the CFPB, which identified similar practices by the Navy Federal Credit Union, where transactions settled with insufficient balances despite initially having adequate funds. I believe these practices are deceptive and unfair.
