Deposits and withdrawals. I am filing a complaint with the CFPB regarding Capital One failure to deposit direct deposit from my employer. Capital One has cited technical issues which violate the electronic funds transfer act is it requires timely access to funds. This situation raises concerns about consumers protection laws and I request assistance and investigating this matter to ensure my right are upheld. Thank you
