Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — TRANSUNION INTERMEDIATE HOLDINGS, INC. (RI)

Reporting company used your report improperly. I was very surprised and disappointed to discover unauthorized credit inquiries and incorrect personal information made without my knowledge or approval. Despite my efforts to obtain clarification from the creditors, they have shamefully failed to give the requested information. I am demanding fast action and willingness from the creditors. Creditors must disclose full information about each inquiry, such as the dates, purposes, and types of credit products involved, as well as applicable application paperwork and evidence of explicit authorization.
