Deposits and withdrawals. My employer direct deposit should have been deposited to my Capital One checking account on Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX and it did not come on that date. I called their customer service phone number and spoke with a representative who could not give details on the issue, although she stated it was a known issue, and could not provide a resolution or an estimated time that this would be resolved. It is now Friday, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX and my employer direct deposit is still not in my account. Capital One has provided no helpful information or insight on when this will be resolved. I have no access to my funds nor do I know when I will have access to my funds.
