In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act this creditor ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has violated my rights under 15 USC 1681 SECTION 602 states that I have the right to privacy, 15 USC 1681 SECTION 604 a section 2 a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions, now under 15 USCS 1666 B a creditor may not treat a payment on account under an open consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. I am filing this complaint regarding an inaccurate item on my credit report that continues to impact my credit negatively. I request immediate investigation and removal of this item, as it is incorrect and does not reflect my true credit history
