Didn't receive advertised or promotional terms. I signed up for a XXXXXX/XX/XXXXXXXX with Chase Bank on XX/XX/XXXX when booking a stay at a XXXX hotel. I signed up for the card because of a promotional offer of {$300.00} off plus XXXX bonus points. After booking and paying for the hotel as was required for the promotional offer, I did not see the {$300.00} credit on my statement. I then called Chase, and they later sent me a letter saying the promotion was not available ( this happened on XX/XX/XXXX ). I called back to ask for more information, as I signed up for the card because of the promotion.
