Trouble with how payments are being handled. Starting in XXXX of 2024 while MOHELA owned my loans, there was an error in the amount on the single loan left that had not been paid off. I paid down that remaining loan to {$5900.00}. I had noticed in XX/XX/XXXX that the balance on this loan had drastically risen and that old loans of mine had returned with varying amounts. I had called over a dozen times to MOHELA while they owned my loans and they have admitted to the mistake several times and kept saying that they would get it fixed and they never did. After they made some corrections they ended up with the old paid off loans that returned being rightfully wiped from the account but the remaining loan that I owed almost {$6000.00} to had risen to {$6900.00}.
