Credit card — DISCOVER BANK (NC)

Problem with fees. Discover Card keeps charging me interest and late fees and racking up my card. They told me the first late fee would be removed when I paid off my XXXX balance to XXXX. Long story short, they didn't do it and in a matter of months they have racked my credit bill up to XXXX all in fees and interest. It's unfair business practices, there are no purchases on this card at all and the previous balance is all late fees and previous intrest they keep racking up. I refuse to pay this bill and they need to be stopped from creating their own revenue unfairly.
