Debt collection — Resurgent Capital Services L.P. (GA)

Debt was result of identity theft. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX open an account in my name online. No ID no verifiable signature and yet they open this fraudulent account without my knowledge. Ive been trying to dispute this for 4 years to no avail, now LVNV funding has purchased this fraudulent account from XX/XX/XXXX XXXX and after sending them the identity theft affidavit they still havent remove this fraudulent account.
