Loan sold or transferred to another company. In Nov/Dec of XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sold my fraudulent FHA mortgage XXXX XXXX. ( seller hid major defects/appraisal fraud ) Despite paying for XXXX XXXX taxes during closing ( XX/XX/XXXX ), XXXX paid them again later in XXXX, which caused a shortage in my Escrow account. This amount of {$1300.00} still has not been returned to my account despite reaching out for guidance more than once almost 1 year ago. This shortage, along with the reasons listed above, caused me to experience financial hardship and I was in fear of not being able to make my payments.
