Problem with rewards from credit card. On XX/XX/XXXX, I booked a stay at the XXXX XXXX XXXX Oceanfront for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, through Capital One XX/XX/XXXX ( confirmation XXXX ). I used 45,035 points and {$300.00} in travel credit, totaling {$750.00} for two nights. My reservation was for an Oceanfront Room with 2 Queen beds, and I received a confirmation of this booking, please see attached receipt. Upon arriving at the hotel on XX/XX/XXXX, and checking in with my family, we entered the room only to find that it was not an oceanfront room as I had reserved, but rather a general room facing a building.
