Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — CAPITAL ONE FINANCIAL CORPORATION (PA)

Billing dispute for services. My name is XXXX XXXX. I noticed XXXX fraudulent accounts on my credit report. One from CAPITAL ONE, account number XXXX with charges of {$440.00}, and another fraudulent accounts from, XXXX XXXX, account number XXXX with charges of {$950.00}. These accounts were not authorized by and and are fraudulent. I will be filing a lawsuit. I fill out a FTC report for identity and sent the paper work to said company, XXXX, which had reported the fraudulent account on my credit report to take it off.
