None. I am writing to voice my concern in relation to Zelles management of disputes. Despite using Zelle all of time the, my financial institution has failed to do adequate research my claims effectively. I was informed that tracking my funds were nearly impossible and tracking transactions are accessible. The CFPB has found that Zelle has failed to protect customers and let the system to be open to system exploitation leaving customers susceptible to scams. Not being responsive and accountable raises questions for the safety of my accounts.
