Deposits and withdrawals. XX/XX/2025 : While online at Marcus ( Goldman Sachs ) I noticed one of my three accounts lacked all monthly bank statements. I made a service call and confirmed with the rep that all bank statements were missing from that account, but I was not given a reason for this strange issue. The rep said they would print and send paper copies to me ( I didn't want paper copies ; I prefer electronic PDFs ). They printed approximately 18 months of missing bank statements on paper and sent them via USPS. XX/XX/2025 : I received printed copies of the missing bank statements via XXXX. On the same day, I also received an email stating that my statement delivery preferences had been changed and that if I didn't request this change, or if I had difficulty accessing my account
