Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. I have made a first payment to a venue for my daughters wedding on XXXX XXXX XXXX and I paid XXXX dollars on XX/XX/year>. I did NOT sign any contracts and I NEVER signed a contract with them and I was NOT told about their refund policy. I did NOT contact the business and did NOT sign any contract with business. The weddings was called off because the fianc XXXX XXXX changed his mind so I sent the business an email requesting to cancel the reservation and for a FULL refund of my XXXX dollars but they refused to refund me for NO reason. My daughter called them but they refused. So I disputed the charge with capital one XXXX card and capital one denied my dispute and are NOT helping me to get my money back from
