Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I filled a dispute on XXXX, XXXX & XXXX that starts with XXXX due to Federal Law 15 U.S Code 6802, no financial institution can share my non public information with a third party entity. Given the severity of this breach and the resulting compromise, I requested they immediately cancel and discharge this debt as I have no federal obligation to this debt. Experian denied to follow up with the investigation. I recently was notified that CFPB has filed a lawsuit against the company ( Experian ). They alleged the company of accepting unreliable information and failure to notify consumer dispute results. This aligns with my situation!
