Reporting company used your report improperly. My personal and financial information was compromised without my authorization. My personal educational records were accessed and shared without my express written or verbal permission in violation of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ( FERPA ). I have filed a formal complaint with FERPA directly. I urgently request that you investigate this happenstance. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ( FERPA ) protects the confidentiality of student records.
