Account status incorrect. I am writing to follow up on my complaint submitted to your office on XX/XX/XXXX, regarding charge-off accounts listed on my credit report from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX . I initially noticed these charge-offs when I pulled my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX, from XXXX. Since that time, I have made several attempts to resolve these accounts by contacting the respective companies directly, but I have not received any updates or responses. In addition, I filed disputes with all three credit bureaus ( Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion ) regarding these accounts, but despite my efforts, I have not seen any improvements or received communication that explains the current status of these charge-offs.
