I canceled the Mortgage Loan with XXXX XXXX in XXXX and XXXX, with a 1099 C and a 1099 A, the IRS has accepted both of these documents, and Selene is aware of it. a UCC 1, a UCC 3 a UCC Financing were also filed and Selene is aware of these documents.
