Received bad information about your loan. In XXXX, I was fully enrolled in the SAVE plan and protected from interest accrual by special forbearance that was instituted during the pending SAVE litigation. After being directed by Nelnet and the Department of Education to re-certify my income, Nelnet moved my account from forbearance to " processing '' which caused interest accrual. There was no indication on Nelnet 's website or communications that re-certifying a currently enrolled program would move the entire account out of SAVE and into a " new IDR application. '' I have since learned that borrowers were not required to re-certify, and those that did not remained in forbearance. None of this information was provided at the time of my re-certification. Now, after XXXX phone call, XXXX com
