Information belongs to someone else. I am writing to formally address a serious matter regarding the unauthorized and fraudulent use of my identity. It has come to my attention that an account has been opened in my name without my consent or knowledge. I would like to make it clear that I did not authorize this account, nor did I participate in any way in the creation or use of it. This is a clear case of identity theft, and I take this breach of my personal information extremely seriously.
