Account information incorrect. I am filing this complaint against the Credit Bureaus for reporting willfully false information FCRA 616 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681n ). They reported XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as a Charge off with a balance of {$5200.00}. I have never received a 1099C for this debt. They did not provide a 1099C to accurately reflect this as a charge-off for tax purposes.
