Problem with balance transfer. I am writing to formally dispute a balance transfer charge that has been incorrectly applied to my Barclays account. I initiated a balance transfer from my Barclays account to my XXXX XXXX, only to later discover that XXXX XXXX does not accept balance transfers. Despite this, Barclays has processed the transaction as a balance transfer and has imposed related fees and charges on my account. I have contacted Barclays multiple times and provided extensive documentation proving that no actual balance transfer occurred. However, I have yet to receive any resolution or assistance in rectifying this matter.
