Problem using a debit or ATM card. I've spoken to several XXXX 's at Truist, including two managers explaining the following and all I keep being told is, claim denied. Here 's what happened : While looking for discount furniture on XXXX XXXX, I clicked through to what I thought was a link to a furniture website. They had an attractive price on a dresser and before I realized the site was a scam site, I had already put in my XXXX details and pressed PURCHASE. Immediately upon realizing it was fraudulent, I reached out to Truist to advise of the circumstance ( see attached ) : this {$59.00} from XXXX XXXX was a fraudulent merchant and I would like to dispute/have my money refunded.
